Are you an SME based in the West Midlands with questions about Birmingham's Clean Air Zone? If so put them to the team at our free monthly business clinic.

Birmingham's Clean Air Zone will go live on 1 June 2021 and will charge owners of the most high polluting vehicles to drive within the city centre.

A £10.05 million Heavy Duty Vehicle (HDV) Fund has been launched, providing grants of up to £170,000 to help eligible SMEs across the West Midlands to prepare by contributing towards the cost of retrofitting non-compliant vehicles, purchasing/ leasing compliant vehicles, relocation and exit lease costs.

There are also a range of temporary exemption permits for residents, workers and commercial vehicles which will allow eligible owners of non-compliant vehicles to drive them without incurring charges.

This business clinic will talk through all of the available support in more detail, including how to apply, what evidence you need to provide and the chance to ask the team any questions.
