HDV Fund application

The HDV Fund is funded by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and administered by the Clean Air Zone Team, Birmingham City Council (BCC).

This application form is for the assistance of grant funding of up to €200,000 per SME (€100,000 for Road Freight Transport for Hire or Reward Operators) to undertake retrofit works to achieve Euro VI compliance, purchase/lease of replacement Euro VI vehicle(s) or relocation/exit lease fees. You must have received less than €200,000 of State Aid assistance over a three-year period (€100,000 for Road Freight Transport for Hire or Reward Operators) De minimis State Aid the current and previous two financial years).

The application must be completed within one sitting as progress cannot be saved. Once the application is submitted, please forward all relevant supporting documents to the Heavy Duty Vehicle (HDV) Fund inbox providing the application reference number” and business name n the subject of the email.
